About us
The French property team built for investors abroad
Expat'Immo is a French real estate agency built for one kind of client: people who live abroad and want to own rental property in France without being there.

Where we come from
Expat'Immo started from a simple observation. Someone living abroad can invest in France with a loan that the rent repays, but doing it alone from a distance is close to impossible: no visits, cautious banks, tradespeople you cannot supervise.
- 2020 We compare rental yields across France's 100 largest cities; Mulhouse comes first, and our first purchases for clients abroad happen there.
- 2021 The business takes the Expat'Immo name, with dedicated management and works teams, and an office opens in Montpellier.
- 2022 Interest rates rise sharply and many agencies stop buying for clients. We keep going and take over Réussite Locative, a buy-to-let agency in Marseille.
- 2023 We open in Paris and in the Lille metropolis.
- 2024 Our works team obtains RGE certification, the French quality label for energy-efficient renovation, and we partner with brokers who specialise in non-resident borrowers.
- 2025 Ginkimo joins us and we open a sales office in Asia, close to clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Bangkok.
How we work
We publish our fees, and we say so when a project does not make sense. Every decision that commits your money is yours, in writing.
